Cloud SQL Instance Discovery

The extension discovers Cloud SQL instances (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) across accessible projects. Each instance is exposed as a target with attributes for its database engine and version, availability type (ZONAL / REGIONAL HA), machine tier, region, and settings version.

The availability-type attribute lets you scope failover attacks to HA-enabled instances only.
